- Once logged in, click on 'Services' then on the menu item 'My Services'.Click on 'My Services' to see the 'My Products & Services'.
- Click on 'PCJET SSL VPN' product.
- On the 'Manage Product' page towards the bottom you will see the 'Change Username' option.
- Clear the current username and type in the desired name.
- Click 'Update'.
- If your desired username isn't in use, it will change automatically, but if it is in use it will be rejected (not changed).
